These terms apply to camsaddict.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.
1. Adults only
The Site links to live cam websites with sexually explicit content. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and it must be legal for you to view such content where you are.
2. What the Site is
CamsAddict is an independent statistics site. The figures are derived from the public feeds cam networks publish for affiliates. We are not run by, or endorsed by, any cam network beyond taking part in their affiliate programmes. Network names and trademarks belong to their owners.
3. No guarantee of accuracy
Statistics are built from periodic snapshots and can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are provided "as is", for information only. They are not an official record of anyone's broadcast time: for that, use the reports of the network you broadcast on.
4. Affiliate links and other websites
Links to cam rooms are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission from them. The websites they lead to are run by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or services.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site to identify, locate, follow, harass or contact a performer outside the platform they broadcast on;
- copy the statistics in bulk, scrape the Site with automated tools, or load it beyond normal browsing;
- resell or republish data from the Site as your own service;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site.
6. Content and removal requests
We do not host video or images. Thumbnails are loaded directly from the networks and only while a model is live. Copyright or other removal requests: write to [email protected] with the page address and the reason. Models can opt out of the Site entirely.
Our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement explains why we are not a producer of any depicted content.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or of websites it links to, or from relying on its statistics. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept it.
